Phew! And with that we're finishing up the Power Hour of Least Expensive Listings, but we'll be back before too long with some more places that people can buy without having to cash in their life insurance policy. We're not really into lessons or anything, but one take home message from putting together a list of forty affordable properties is that these babies move fast. Even within the past 48 hours one or two of these switched over to pending sales, so beware homebuyers. This spring season is going to be a busy one.
