The house that had been the location of two separate murder scenes has finally sold. It started out last spring with an asking price of $535,000 and took several price reductions, then changed agents, until finally selling for $330,000. The new listing photos might have helped since they are better quality and now there's also a shot of a backyard hot tub. For comparison's sake we've pasted the previous photos after the jump. Same house, same paint job, but the better lighting makes it look like a better listing.
