The famous 9:30 Club is perennially rated as one of the best live music venues in the country and might be operating a SW music venue at The Wharf (not to be confused with The Yards in SE). While The Wharf is expected to start construction in late 2012 or early 2013, its developers are looking to bring "a music venue" to the site though details were not offered. If this comes to fruition, the 9:30 Club will be bringing a much needed live-music spot in the increasingly attractive SW side. [WBJ] --George Perkins
