Today was a big day for the Mosaic District. They invited people to tour the site, unveiled the official Mosaic pylon, and had a few notable names attend the event (including Congressman Gerald Connolly and Virginia State Delegate Jim Scott). The are also starting to release more images of what the retail portion will look like, including the latest announcement of an Anthropologie store joining the ranks. In addition to all the retail they also plan to build about 112 townhomes that should deliver as early as this fall.
