All 257 apartments in the Atlas District's first big residential project are just about ready. Flats At Atlas has released their prices today in advance of an event this weekend at SOVA where they will begin accepting rental applications. They're also throwing in a pretty sweet incentive to move in before March 31st—they'll waive the security deposit (with approved credit) and only charge $1 for the amenity fee which is normally $500. Some of those amenities are things like an indoor basketball court, swimming pool, virtual golf simulator, and entertainment room. Studios start at $1,500 but we have the full price list after the break. This weekend's welcome brunch at SOVA goes from 10:30am to 12:30pm and is the first day they'll accept applications. They are planning on having more events in the coming weeks so we'll post a full schedule once it is released.
