On Friday we brought you the most up to date list of the cheapest properties for sale in Logan Circle since all the ones on the list the last time we did this have sold. We looked back at the ones on that February list to see what the going prices were and how long they took to sell—the cheapest lasted until August and went for a mere $195,000 after coming down from $225,000.
