Mayor Gray, Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, and a bunch of other suit-wearing types made the trek to Trilogy NoMa for its official Grand Opening last week. Even though only one of the three buildings is open for residents it can't hurt to get the party started early. Such a big residential development in this mostly commercial neighborhood is cause for celebration and is the first of many to come. Those scissors are going to get a workout.
