Charles Goodman might not be a household name but since he was the architect behind the original part of Reagan National Airport he's worth mentioning when his name is attached to a luxury home overlooking the Potomac. Goodman designed this home in 1951 This one even looks like it has a landing strip. The four bed, 3.5 bath home hung around for ages asking six million but finally sold at the end of September for exactly one million less than it's asking price.
