Nothing like an oxymoron to get one's attention, and "new vintage" may be one of the worst for 2012. The 1 bedroom condo located a few blocks from Logan Circle is in a boutique building designed in the "new vintage" style that's (apparently) popping up in hip hotels, restaurants, and other trendy habitats. So how much will "new vintage" set back a buyer? This condo went for $449,900 or about $512 a square foot. No word on the prices for regular vintage. [Redfin]
