Curbed Cup Round 2, Heat 2: 14th Street Vs. Shaw

For today's round we have two different neighborhoods, though both might be considered in the midst of major change. But rowhouses dominate Shaw and multi-family buildings populate 14th Street (see our map of the big buildings going up just north of the Whole Foods). Each neighborhood, however, has got so much development going on its a tough call as to which one deserves Neighborhood of the Year. Weigh in below.
