More rowhouse conversions are underway on Harvard Street. The same people who developed a property directly across the street (called Harvard Row) are behind this project as well. This one, at 1448 Harvard, will be six condos, including two penthouses with rooftop decks, and should be finished by summer 2013. All but one of the units will be two-bedrooms (the other will be a one-bedroom) and the developers hope to salvage as much material as they can from this circa 1900 building. Above are the renderings for the front and the back (the second image shows how they are going to have three parking spots in the rear) and after the jump we have some photos of the interior of the building taken a few weeks ago. They show the original pine floors and ornate fireplace mantles they hope to spare.
