If selling real estate were a contest -- and maybe it is a little bit -- Fairfax would have won the November round. With 1,074 properties sold in FFX last month, the county beats out the combined number of sold properties in PG, Arlington, and Alexandria. Back in October, FFX was just shy of the 1,000 sold properties threshold, but it rallied last month. However, MoCo wasn't too far behind with more than 800 listings sold during Turkey Month. And when it comes to the burbs, it still holds true that you need some serious cash to buy a detached home in Arlington. We have the full stats by county after the break.
