More details have emerged about the plans for the empty lot at Georgia and Otis—plans that were once rumored to include an organic bodega. Many are still skeptical that the bodega will become a reality, but while that gets hashed out the developers have announced what the residential component will look like. Twenty units—ten one-bedrooms and ten two-bedrooms will make up the six story building. Last we heard it was going to be condos, but we'll update if they turn out to be rentals.
