Young House Love Doubles Down On DC; Tour A LEED Bldg

TOURS—The Concordia apartment building is being turned into a long-term stay hotel that is retro-fitted to meet LEED Gold standards and will have 'masonry rain screen, projecting glass and metal bays, high efficiency building envelope and building systems, planters and green screens'.
