There's an impressive slideshow on a certain brokerage's Facebook page that has nothing to do with how nice the houses are (though, they are, impressive in their own right). The amazing part is how fast each of these pricey abodes found buyers even though their prices are well into the seven digit territory. It took less than two weeks for each and every one of them to get a worthy offer (including the P Street manse owned by the Evermay/Halcyon buyers). Everyone's been saying the top of the market has been the slowest to recover, but that storyline might be on its way out.
