How bizarre. A resident of Woodley Park had a tree fall down across her street thanks to Sandy. But then mysterious forces began to form and somehow the tree disappeared and a table and chair set made from tree stumps appeared on this woman's porch. No one knows who this 'hurricane fairy' is but the owner is keeping the new furniture with a story to tell her grandchildren. [26minus5 via WaPo]
