It can be so tough to know what is fair market value for a roomshare. Anyone would be scared to set a price when there's a chance there would be someone out there who would pay more. Hence, this guy. He's taking the bidding approach so he doesn't have to commit to a rent that might be less than he could get from some unsuspecting person. The room was recently renovated, if that tempts anyone.
