The Home Stretch Is In Sight For 360 H Street

The second major residential building to deliver to the Atlas District in quite a while will be this 215-unit apartment building with a ground floor Giant as the main retail anchor. One of the biggest perks for 360 H Street will be the interior access directly to the Giant from the units above so residents won't have to brave freezing temperatures to get their groceries. Jealous yet? There is also a rooftop terrace with Capitol views, a gym, clubroom, and interior courtyard. The building is going to begin leasing in January for March move-ins and a rep from the company says they plan to have a more detailed website up in the beginning of December with specifics. For now this is what we know about the unit breakdown:

· Studios: 32
· One bedrooms: 125
· One bedroom plus den: 15
· Two bedroom, one bath: 5
· Two bedroom, two bath: 33
· Two bedroom, 2.5 bath: 5

Out of the 215 units, approximately three dozen are reserved for affordable and/or accessible housing units. There will also be 145 parking spaces for residents, plus another 125 spaces for the Giant on a separate floor so residents don't have to share space with shoppers. The other hottest perk is that the planned H Street trolley is expected to have a stop right outside the front door.
