One of Arlington's most hotly anticipated boutique apartment buildings, Grayson Flats, is going to make the world wait a little longer before they can move in. The delivery date has been pushed back to December 18th for first move-ins (though pre-leasing is on now and a few leases have already been signed). So consider it an early present. After the jump we have some of the floorplans of the units and a complete price list. They're also offering a few incentives for people who sign a lease now: one month free rent upfront as well as half off the move-in amenity fee (which is normally $450).
