PETWORTH—This Friday is the opening party for Willow Fashion's new location at 843 Upshur in Petworth. With "unique clothing, accessories, gifts, and housewares at budget-friendly prices", shoppers can find wares "off the beaten path". The party starts bumping at 6pm and continues until 9pm. [PoP]
