Super-Sized Monopoly Houses Go On The Market

A pair of septuagenarians have listed this waterfront home in Maryland's Eastern Shore because they want to build another house somewhere, possibly one as contemporary as this. The 4,800-square-foot home is on the Wye River and was listed as a House Of The Day over on the Wall Street Journal. They tried to sell it a few years ago for $3.95 million but now have it listed for $1.95M. The exterior was built to blend in with the nearby farmhouses, but the interior skews more contemporary with light everywhere. The owner describes the outside as 'monopoly houses strung together'. WSJ has more photos of the property.
