Historic Home Winner Built In 1700s; DC Mapped On A Plate

COOL ART THING—Who doesn't want to eat off of DC? Now we all can with these $50 plates from Not Neutral (see above). They have a few dozen major cities in their collection, in case you want to show your loyalties elsewhere. [OfficialSite]

HISTORY—The winner of the Post's Historic Home contest has been announced and the gold medal goes to a home built in the 1700s that President James Madison stayed in after fleeing the British Invasion. Runners-up were also historic and amazing to see in such good shape. [WaPo]
