We're All Going To Have To Start Decorating Our Sinks Now

New, 1 comment

Million dollar houses usually sit for a long time once they've entered the market. Million dollar condos in hot neighborhoods are snapped up, but the single family homes in the suburbs should settle in for a wait. Usually. These three houses are an exception and what do they all have in common? Sinks. Colorful sinks. The prices range from $1.3M to $3.3M and they all went under contract relatively quickly. There's this 5 bed, 5.5 bath that found a buyer within two weeks $3,250,000 (under ask). Then there's this 4 bed, 5.5 bath that went for $1,260,000 (it did take a price cut before getting an offer). Then there's this 4 bed, 2.5 bath Kalorama home that sold fifty thousand over asking for $1,350,000.
