United House of Prayer owns the plot of land at 936 N Street and CCCA got an early look at renderings for the 14-unit building that is supposed to go there. It skews modern, which might not go so well with the other historic buildings immediately surrounding it. But, then again, it could also liven up the street which itself skews towards dingy. The building doesn't include any plans for parking and the units themselves will range from studios up to a single three-bedroom unit. Click over for more pictures.
