Things are heating up for the heating plant. Tonight is the ANC meeting with announcements about the West Heating Plant and the plan for 'procedures for disposition' on the agenda (it was recently declared as surplus by the government so it will soon accept bids from developers). Some have suggested turning the building into condos, but tonight's meeting isn't for decision-making. Just updates and general murmuring about the project. [GM; previously]
