Three zoning issues are on the docket in three different places around the city tonight. In one corner we have the meeting to discuss the request for Evermay to house a charity, its employees, and be the base for a few entertainment events. That is at 6:30pm at the library (corner of R Street and Wisconsin). Starting at the same time over in Georgetown Visitation School is the West Heating Plant meeting hosted by the GSA. Then at 7pm, across town in Capitol Hill, is the presentation by the developers behind the Specialty Hospital project. IBG Partners will be on hand to tell the public how they plan to change the existing building so that it contains 140 apartments and (approximately) ninety below grade parking spaces. That is at St. Monica's Church at 222 8th St, NE.
