The million square foot project coming to Shaw called CityMarket At O has just learned who one of its neighbors will be. The bullish developers Jefferson Apartment Group have announced they're bringing a 281-unit building to the corner of 7th and P Streets just north of the Washington Convention Center. The mixed-use building—Jefferson At Market Place—will also have 13,400 square feet of retail as well as underground parking. This project is one of many the company is planning along the East Coast, telling Globe St. that in 2012 they expect to 'start a development project once every ninety days or so'.
