If you're talking about NoMa, apartments are more profitable than nightclubs, . Who wants to bounce around to loud music all night when there's granite countertops to be had? The developers known as Skanska bought a pair of lots in this growing neighborhood, one that currently houses the nightclub FUR, and plan to build an apartment building with about 300 units.
