In honor of Brangelina being in town today for the premiere of Jolie's movie "In The Land of Blood and Honey", we thought we'd mention a building with its own celebrity uni-name, the WY18 Condos in Adams Morgan. This duo used to be the Warrington and the Wilmington at the intersection of Wyoming Avenue and 18th Street NW, but one developer took on the project of redoing both of them and decided to market them together. There are a combined 43 units in both buildings, but only eighteen of them are still available for sale. Prices start in the mid $200K for studios and go up to the low $600Ks for a two bedroom with dining room set-up. They updated their Facebook page recently to show some final stage construction shots (above), but they are so close to being finished that they expect the first move-ins to be in a few weeks time.
