This house is across the street from the Jehovah's Witnesses property we checked in on yesterday and has recently come down by $300K in asking price. We're keeping our eye on both of them since their price chops seem to operate in tandem. It almost doesn't seem fair to the JWs since this house was overpriced to begin with (at $2.59M). Even its new price ($2.29M) seems optimistic. It is new construction of over 8,000 square feet, but it can't be worth half a million more than its neighbor. [previously; previously]
