10TH STREET NW—If you've been driving by the empty building at 2108 wondering why hasn't anybody done anything with it yet, here's your answer. Unfortunately it required a raze permit, which takes the services of 13 different DC agencies before any razing can happen. After a year of working through it all developers hope the razing can happen in the next week or two. [Lock7]
