Forest City, the developers behind The Yards in Southeast DC, have released a virtual tour of what that part of the city will look like once the many phases of revitalization are finished. Spoiler alert: there are no traffic jams and blue skies as far as the eye can see. We did spot some bike riders, but it doesn't look like they were Capital Bikeshare bikes.
