Fiola Had To Exorcise A Few Prior Restaurants Before Opening

Fiola, the new restaurant by Fabio Trabocchi, is a renovation story for the ages. The space had housed five different restaurants over the previous ten years and had been vacant for two years before they started to turn it into Fiola. Floors were removed, walls were busted open, and the final result is a space that is much more open and lively than the closed off nooks that were there before. Grizform Design Architects was the team that renovated the entire 3,900 square feet of space for $695,000 in about four months time. Now the restaurant is open for business and our cousins over at Eater have the details on what is like inside. Click through to compare the before shots to the after pictures (above).
