The downsized version of the White House that entered the market in April hasn't found a buyer, despite the fact that it is 12,000 square feet of homage to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The seller, a refugee originally from Vietnam, is also the person who designed the house and built it as a way to honor his gratitude for America (he's an engineer and the floorplans are available, see photo five). But, sadly, what started out at $4,650,000 is now asking $4,250,000. Former Redskin LaVar Arrington reportedly took a tour of the property and the realtor representing the buyer reached out to Donald Trump to see if he was interested, but never got a response. The house has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an oval room, a Truman Balcony, an elevator, and a wine cellar. Surely someone out there wants all that.
