Things are looking good for Northwest One. This new development in NoMa and Mt Vernon Triangle has received funding for the planned apartment building at 2 M St. NE. They will receive $17M from the District to subsidize the affordable housing units for the 314-unit building. A total of 93 of the units are set aside for low-income families. [WBJ]
