VERNON SQUARE—Rogue 24 chef RJ Cooper caught Washington Post critic Tom Sietsema dining at his new restaurant on its second night of service, after an interview last week in which the critic said he generally prefers to give new restaurants a little more time before visiting. Sietsema then wrote about Rogue 24 for his First Bite column this week and fielded some questions on the whole matter in his online chat.
