With all the traffic jams and construction over near Tysons Corner it has to mean that that area is just bursting with residential real estate growth, right? Not so fast, says AvalonBay's Jon Cox. He tells Bisnow it is unclear what shape the growth will take and the low number of comparable sales have made it hard to assess land value.
