The residents of Old Town won't have to go as far to get their vegetables come 2013, reports BisNow. Early next year Buchanan Partners and a few other friends will break ground on a mixed-used space in Old Town. The building will bring a 52,000 square foot Harris Teeter and 175 apartments. No word on how many parking spaces, but hopefully they've got a plan for that. The grocery store part of the building will be built to LEED Silver standards and the estimated cost for the whole project is $74M. [BisNow]
