Here's a way to generate some buzz for a house before it is actually listed: have a party celebrating the staging. That happened on Wednesday at this restored house on Dumbarton Street. The staging was done by Kelly Proxmire and sneak-peekers were privy to all the rooms she had gotten ready for the opening. Partygoers even got swag to take home. It almost goes without saying, but there were also Georgetown Cupcakes on the buffet table.
