June housing data show the same thing we have been saying since spring began: normalcy is returning to the DC housing market. The median price is up since the month before and it was the most active June in the past six years. Another piece of good news is that the length of time on the market decreased to sixty-three days, which is the lowest in ten months. Thus, the predictions at the beginning of the selling season—that things will start to get better—are starting to be confirmed now that we have a few months of data under our belts.
