Small Footprint Beach Houses

Beach houses can be both luxurious and good to the earth. This one in Delaware, built by a Georgetown couple, has almost all of its materials sourced from within a 200 mile radius and a geothermal heating system to help bump up the green factor. The design features include a floor made of cork, carpeting made from repurposed corn husks, and an almost invisible gas fireplace. Can you even find it in this picture?
