Luxury homes come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, but they don't usually come in a box. Increasingly, however, developers are finding that 'modular homes' are being built with so many luxury amenities that buyers don't balk at the homes even though they were mostly built off-site (such as the one at right). Add to the fact that it lowers construction costs and the time it takes to make the house move-in ready and it is easy to see why this niche is growing fast.
