Local designer Mary Douglas Drysdale has listed her top ten favorite design items in Veranda and one of them is a dorm room staple that has suddenly gone high class. Instead of a mini fridge there are now Subzero refrigerator drawers for all those who want to keep things cool on a smaller scale. As she says, "To allow refrigeration to leave the primary room of the kitchen is inspirational. This is going to redefine what the American kitchen is going to look like." She also has an eye for projects much larger than a set of drawers.
