The Kennedy-Warren apartment building on Connecticut Avenue has completed its fifty million dollar renovation but you probably won't hear a peep from the owner B.F. Saul. Famous for being press-shy, the owner of this building that has housed the likes of Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, Larry Summers, the parents of Hillary Clinton, and too many other notables to count probably won't be attending any receptions celebrating the new look. But the prices speak for themselves. Studios start at $2,000 and the penthouse is $8,650 per month. That penthouse comes with a private elevator and six parking spaces. [WaPo]
