While Jack Johnson was still in office, but before he was arrested on corruption charges he ordered the printing of a glossy booklet detailing his legacy on things like leadership and service. Now those booklets sit in a warehouse (after the public coughed up the $226,597) and will most likely be gracing the nearest landfill (saving the public $275,000 in postage).
