Mystery And Magic On Chevy Chase's Unicorn Lane

Photos from Real Tour

The listing calls this a 'secret' in DC but the real mystery is how the architect fit five levels in this medium-sized row house. Maybe he or she used magic to get four bedrooms and 3.5 baths in there with a few large living rooms and a kitchen that is definitely bigger than a bread box. The asking price is also a bit of a mystery since it is $1,079,000. Whenever we see prices just a smidgen over the million dollar mark we wonder why the owners didn't go whole hog and add full 100K to the seven figures. Especially since it is in that part of DC some call Chevy Chase. Ah, well, some things are better left misunderstood.
