You've Probably Been In Another One Of This Designer's Buildings

Here are three clues for guessing who designed this house. One: the (almost) panoramic views. Two: the house is practically the highest point around. Three: the deck out to the backyard looks like a landing strip. If you guessed that the guy that designed this house is the same guy who designed the original National Airport, you are right on the money. It was built in 1951, but has obviously had a modern update (or fifty) so it doesn't seem outdated at all. Nice and airy with 4 beds/4 baths, a pool, a tennis/basketball court, and a price reduction down to $5.5M.
