14th STREET—Level 2 Development has announced two new leases for their building called View 14. The YWCA and a martial arts organization called Beta Academy will occupy a combined 24,000 square feet of retail space. Construction of the space is expected to begin this summer and be completed by January 2012. [CurbedInbox] NOTE: The first version of this note implied View 14 had not yet been built. We have corrected it and plan to tar and feather the editor who pressed 'publish' instead of 'save' before proofreading. We also plan to get her a pair of bifocals.
