Corn Dogs At Shake Shack; Luke's Lobster Now Open, More!

DUPONT CIRCLE—For those sticking around town this weekend, Shake Shack's got a little surprise: corn dogs! The batter-dipped fried dogs will be on the burger chain's menu today through Monday in celebration of Memorial Day. And Washingtonians should feel exclusive, too, since the only other Shake Shack locations getting corn dogs are Miami and the Upper West Side.

PENN QUARTERLuke's Lobster opened its first location outside of New York City right here in our fair Penn Quarter yesterday. The casual restaurant specializes in Maine-style lobster rolls and is a family affair.

FARRAGUT SQUARE—Eater debuted a new feature this week called Shit People Steal, where restaurateurs reveal the items frequently stolen from their properties. First up was Ellen Kassoff Gray of Equinox and Watershed, and the theft was significant: a Benz!
