A couple of local designers have recently unloaded their homes for prices that are as eye-catching as some of their designs. Thomas Pheasant, who grew up in Washington, sold his 1,600 square foot home for $1.4M. Not far away Gregory and David Zahn, of Zahn Design Architects, sold their Dupont Circle apartment for $1.8M.
